3-Month Custom Training Program
This is our program for new runners, or more experienced runners who have a target race just a few weeks away.
Following an analysis of your current training habits, athletic strengths and weaknesses, recent race results, lifestyle and time available for training (and in some cases also a simple field test) your Running Coach will prepare a personal training program to take you up to your race goal.
- Custom Training Program uploaded to the private client login area every 4-5 weeks
- Ongoing Review and Revision of your program
- Online Training Diary and race performance record
- Ongoing Advice & Support: your coach will be available to support you every step of the way with additional training advice, support and guidance.
Following the purchase of the program, you'll receive a login for the client area and you’ll be asked to complete our Athlete Questionnaire. Your Coach will use the information that you provide to prepare the first few weeks of your Training Program. This program will be continually reviewed and revised as necessary based on your feedback via your Online Training Diary, and all other correspondence with your Coach.
