Training Programmes

Your personal training program will be uploaded to your account approximately every 4 weeks (the timing may vary slightly according to the training cycle). You will be notified via email whenever a new training schedule has been uploaded. You may view your program online at any time or download it to your computer and view offline.
Training Diary

This is a very important element of the program. We rely on your feedback via your training diary to check your progress and modify your program as and when necessary. Without this regular input from you, we are unable to optimise your training program and help you become the best runner you can be.

Technical Profile

Before developing your Training Program your Coach will prepare a Personal Technical Profile, highlighting your strengths and weaknesses, potential performance given the right training approach and the areas that need work in order to achieve your objective. You’ll see the key phases or cycles within your training plan, the types of training session that will be programed for you, and the objective of each of these sessions. This initial analysis will be available for your reference at all times.
